Employees are absolutely incompetent, drivers lie that they came by but blame you for not being home when in fact you were. They don’t even try to deliver the parcel to the concierge/post office at your address that is 24/7 open to receive packages. Use anything else but this company if want to receive a package! I called them to ask where driver is, after aprox 1 hour they came back asking if I had a question not answering my first, i.e. where is the driver with my package? Such companies should not exist!
