Terrible experience! A family member sent a gift from overseas, and it never reached us. We later discovered that your service combined the gift package with a commercial delivery, forcing us to pay for something that was already covered by the sender. You promised quick and secure delivery, yet the gift was incorrectly sent to a warehouse for weeks, and we only received it nearly a month after the holiday. This has been a frustrating ordeal, with significant stress and expenses, and despite our numerous complaints, we are still not reimbursed. I genuinely hope your business faces consequences for this.

🚨 TWO MONTHS OF LOGISTICAL ISSUES WITH THE SERVICE — AND STILL NO SOLUTION. I'm sharing this due to the failure of all private communication channels — emails, official requests, chat support, and even formal notices. No replies. No accountability. No delivery.📌 What happened to my shipment: • Sent from one country to another • Rerouted without my knowledge • Then sent back again due to an internal error. This has persisted for two months with no explanations or progress.⸻📌 The root cause — confirmed by customs — is that the service failed to notify the broker that my shipment was B2B. As a result: • The declaration was incorrect, • Customs couldn't identify the shipment, • The parcel was repeatedly blocked and rerouted, leading to multiple breakdowns in the process. The customs agent who initially contacted us has also abandoned the case.⸻📌 Communication with the service: complete silence. For two months: • The app doesn't function, • Chat support provides generic responses, • Official emails go unanswered, • Escalation requests have no replies. I have no access to my shipment and no way to resolve this privately.⸻📌 Business impact: We are two registered companies operating between countries. This parcel contains professional products for commercial sale and educational programs. Due to the service's internal errors: • All deadlines have been missed • Scheduled courses were cancelled • Business plans have collapsed, resulting in financial and reputational damage. Consistently excellent service

I can only share my own experiences, and the local driver is outstanding. They go above and beyond to ensure parcels reach me in perfect condition. Deliveries from another country have been reliable since they opened a local office earlier this year. My only minor complaint is that tracking can sometimes be overly pessimistic regarding arrival times, usually a day or two later than expected.

Highly suspicious service

The package from another country was expected to be delivered by this service in my area. However, I have never seen it. I only received late-night messages claiming delivery was successful, which seems suspicious as no service operates at that hour. Be cautious!
