Due to covid19 Jet2 have cancelled our flights to Spain and the UK government have ordered a 2 week period of quarantine for anybody who returns to the UK from Spain. Due to this we are unable to go ahead with the holiday rental that we have booked with Novisol. Novisol are unsympathetic and as we are within the period of 40 days of our travel they are offering zero flexibility as per their T&C's. We are unable to change dates, location or receive even a penny back. My family and friends will not ever use Novisol again. And looking at so many other reviews, I don't think that Novisol will survive much longer anyway. Nobody who does their research would trust booking with Novisol. Novisol will be wiped out much sooner than Covid.
