If I could give a zero I would. Horrendous company to deal with but I feel more sorry for staff members having to deal with novasol blanket policy and not being able to deal with clients on a case-by-case. We were due to be in Croatia at the moment and booked a villa. Like so many others we had to change your plans and wanted to book the same villa for the same two weeks next year, we were not looking for our deposit back of €1,000 however novasol were unwilling to contact their client. They wanted us to book a villa that was showing available for next year, pay an admin fee then pay a further admin fee when the calendar became available for the villa we wanted. This is our third year going to Croatia and always used Feriehome in the past I'm now regretting I did not use them again this year. Could not be dealing with the hassle of Novasol again!! Had a number of calls with them and on 2 separate calls different team members agreed that their policy was rediculous... What does that have to say about them!! Was paying €4k for a villa and was not willing to chance it after reading a number of reviews so cancelled and lost €400. My advice..... Don't use them they do not care about their customers or clients by the looks of it!!!
