I felt confident booking with Novasol as I had heard about them previously, and they were very friendly and helpful all through the booking process. I had some questions before I was prepared to book as our stay was for a few weeks, so we wanted to get it right, and all these were answered promptly.One thing I found strange was having to pay extra for bedding and fuel, but it's not clear whether this is a Novasol policy or that of the property owners or maintenance company. It's seems a very old-fashioned system (Who takes their own sheets and towels on holiday for instance? You can't really stay without either) so would be better to include these in the first place to give a more honest final price at the start of the booking process. I would definitely book with Novasol again.
