I placed an order for a hard drive on December 11, expecting it to ship within 3-5 days, which seemed reasonable. A week later, the status still read 'awaiting parts'. I called and was told it would likely arrive soon. Three days later, I was informed that I wasn't the only one waiting. So, I guess it's fine as long as there are other dissatisfied customers? In the meantime, I bought an HDD from another platform for my RAID issue. Now, almost 6 weeks later, I found my order marked as 'Deleted'. There was no email or communication—just a sense of indifference as if they wanted to ignore the problem. Thanks for the experience. The consumer parts division seems disorganized. From once building computers with their parts to facing dishonesty and neglect over a simple hard drive. Perhaps they should reconsider their ability to service consumer parts, especially given their difficult-to-navigate website.
