Review Time
I placed an order for a hard drive on December 11, expecting shipping within 3-5 days, which seemed fair. A week later, the status still showed 'awaiting parts'. I called and was told it would probably arrive in a day or two. Three days later, I called again and was informed that I wasn't the only one waiting for this item. So, I suppose it's fine as long as there are other unhappy customers? In the meantime, I bought an HDD from another platform to fix a degraded RAID array. Now, nearly 6 weeks later, I checked my order status and found it marked as 'Deleted'. No email, no communication—just a sense of apathy as if they wanted to ignore the issue. Thanks for nothing. The consumer parts division appears to be a mess. From building computers with their parts to facing dishonesty and neglect over a simple hard drive. Perhaps they should reconsider their ability to service consumer parts, especially given their poorly designed website.
