Bought the FLKEY37 on the 23/12/25 and…

Bought the FLKEY37 on the 23/12/25 and it was delivered on the 27/12/25. Super quick over the Christmas period. Being a novice, it's so easy to use (and videos online will help) and within a couple of plays I had a jam going. I ran into a problem and with being a novice ( I was probably in wrong mode) I reset and it was working again fine. I then ran into another problem, this was related to Microsoft cloud as I'd bought FL Studio and Microsoft cloud saved a key from FL Studio, even though I cancelled Microsoft cloud. I basically ignored the message saying there was a problem, so a day or 2 later the keyboard wasn't working with FL studio. I was stuck.I phoned Novation/Focusrite and talked to a chap called Matt. He listened to me and seemed to know the problem He then went about fixing it and having access to my FL & computer, within minutes it was fixed ( the files needed to be moved from the cloud to my laptop) There is no way I would've been able to detect this I'm not that computer savvy. For Novation to take the time (40 mins on the phone and my computer),and be hands on with it's customers cannot be underestimated, as this was not a Novation problem, but a computer problem I'm now looking at getting another product, as I know the aftercare is there. Thanks again Novation & especially Matt.
