Everything was exactly the way it was supposed to be, incredible quality considering one item was refurbished (refurbished Novation Peak)and the other (launch control pad Xl) was brand new. Fantastic experience ordering and receiving products, sound quality and capabilities are off the charts too! I have not been more happier with an electronics purchase like this one in a long time!

We were are a small electronics workshop and repair many different items from different manufacturers all in the same field; music. Out of all the manufacturers I've had to deal with only one company comes as close to Novation for dealing with spares enquires and parts as well as they do. All emails were answered in a timely fashion, the part identified and shipped all within the first three working days of the week. I can highly recommend them based on these experiences.

Well made. Everything works just as expected however setting up the correct daw with it is annoying yet that is not the company's fault otherwise I have had 0 issues with it so far.

Exactly what I was looking for!

Exactly what I was looking for in a controller. I’d tried some other controllers but they felt cheap and the sliders were not nearly as smooth as theXL.I’m currently using it in DAW mode in Logic Pro and in MIDI mode with TouchDesigner.Really happy with this 😊

Excellent customer service

Novation is just an awesome company! I own a peak and a KS5, both bought second hand. The peak had a missing knob-cap... got it sent to me at no charge! The KS5 I bought (in dec 2025) had a skipping rotary encoder... After a simple e-mail to the Novation customer support team you guessed it: they just sent me a replacement rotary encoder at no charge. This kind of service is second to none!

Bought the FLKEY37 on the 23/12/25 and…

Bought the FLKEY37 on the 23/12/25 and it was delivered on the 27/12/25. Super quick over the Christmas period. Being a novice, it's so easy to use (and videos online will help) and within a couple of plays I had a jam going. I ran into a problem and with being a novice ( I was probably in wrong mode) I reset and it was working again fine. I then ran into another problem, this was related to Microsoft cloud as I'd bought FL Studio and Microsoft cloud saved a key from FL Studio, even though I cancelled Microsoft cloud. I basically ignored the message saying there was a problem, so a day or 2 later the keyboard wasn't working with FL studio. I was stuck.I phoned Novation/Focusrite and talked to a chap called Matt. He listened to me and seemed to know the problem He then went about fixing it and having access to my FL & computer, within minutes it was fixed ( the files needed to be moved from the cloud to my laptop) There is no way I would've been able to detect this I'm not that computer savvy. For Novation to take the time (40 mins on the phone and my computer),and be hands on with it's customers cannot be underestimated, as this was not a Novation problem, but a computer problem I'm now looking at getting another product, as I know the aftercare is there. Thanks again Novation & especially Matt.
