I ordered a specific runner that is exclusively sold in a certain region. Their website indicated a size of US10/28cm, which matched my measurements, so I proceeded with the order. However, I received a shoe in US10/27cm instead. Upon contacting them regarding the sizing issue, their response was confusing, claiming it followed a different sizing standard that doesn't correspond with the regional sizing. Given that the shoe is only available in that area, shouldn't the company provide accurate sizing information? They also refused to issue a full refund, even if I returned the shoes in pristine condition. The company appears to operate unethically. I regret not reading previous reviews highlighting various concerns. I advise against ordering from them.
