I truly wish I had never purchased from this company. My experience has been incredibly frustrating. I reached out right after placing my order to request an auto-cancel, but they refused and shipped the package anyway, despite my clear indication that I didn’t want it. When the order arrived, I returned it as instructed and provided all the necessary details. However, even after they received the return, they keep insisting that 'nothing has arrived' and are refusing to issue my refund. Months of back-and-forth emails with the same generic responses and no accountability have been exhausting. They forced the shipment when I tried to cancel, and now they won’t refund the returned item. I will never order from this company again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them if they expect honest customer service or a straightforward refund process.
