I deeply regret my decision to order from this company. My experience has been incredibly frustrating. I contacted them right after placing my order to request an auto-cancel, but they denied my request and shipped the package anyway, despite my clear indication that I didn’t want it. When the order finally arrived, I returned it as instructed and provided all necessary information. However, even after they received the return, they insist that 'nothing has arrived' and refuse to process my refund. It has been months of exchanging emails with the same generic responses and no accountability from their side. They shipped the order when I tried to cancel, and now they won’t refund the returned item. I will never shop with this company again and strongly recommend others to avoid them if they value honest customer service or a straightforward refund process.

I purchased a dress, but received something entirely different. I paid €60 and emailed them to request a return and refund. Their response was offering me a $3 compensation or suggesting I pay for the return shipping to China. They encouraged me to keep the dress (which is not what I ordered) and accept the $3, even though I paid €60 for it. This site feels like a scam aimed at taking money from customers. I regret not checking reviews beforehand, and now I'm considering legal action.
My package status indicates it was delivered, but I haven’t received it. The address mentioned is incorrect. I don’t even live at that location. The tracking number is from a courier service in another country, and I have no way to contact them except via email.
This deserves no stars. Buyers should be very careful before making a purchase. The images on their website are taken from other brands and influencers and do not represent their actual products. What you see in the pictures is not real; the items received are poor copies. They pretend to be a foreign brand while actually being based in China. The dress I bought was a cheap imitation of a well-known brand, made from terrible material. The only positive is that they are responsive.
The clothing quality is terrible! They clearly rip off designs, as the fabric and construction do not match the images shown during purchase. After reading reviews about the difficulty in obtaining a refund, I suppose I will have to accept my loss. However, I will make sure to warn others as much as possible! They should be held accountable for their unethical business practices.
Horrible experience! The quality of the products was far from what was displayed on the website; they were cheap and disappointing. Returning the items was a nightmare; they even claimed that returning them would cost more than what I paid. I finally sent everything back, but I’m still waiting for my refund. I’ve been trying to get a response, but no one replies. This company is dishonest and has terrible customer service. Do not order from them!
