I've been taking a variety of Novamins for a few months now. Would recommend as they have made a big difference and so easy to take. I've always tried to take vitamins but the gummies make it so much easier and I find much gentler on my tummy. My little one also now takes his kids multi vitamin and he asks for it each morning and is always upset he can only have 1!! Delivery was quick and easy too.
