We found that the magnesium gummies helped for a better night sleep. We then saw an offer for the night time gummies. Well. Bedtime did the usal routine where my 5 year old is asleep by 7.30/8 but added the night time gummies half hour before bed time as instructed. Yeah in that half hour she went from being sleepy to wide awake and hyper. 10.30 or latter to get her to sleep after what can only be described as a battle. First 2 nights thought nothing of it being the gummies. But last 2 nights where we cpuld tell she was nearly asleep and gave it to her so she had a better night sleep. Boom. Wide awake and wild.
