After 4 calls lasting between 27 minutes and 42 minutes and in the end being hung up on, I finally got an agent that stayed with me after one hour and ten minutes and as soon as she connected me with the novonordisk pharmacy, I was hung up on!Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I will be going through my local pharmacy because of the terrible service I have received.
