I have a significant problem with my reservation at a hotel where we have been loyal customers for four years. Despite booking in advance, we received the worst rooms imaginable. Upon arrival, we were informed that we would be separated from our two young children on different floors. The rooms we were given were unacceptable—one was for disabled guests, and the other had a basin in the middle of the room without a proper bathroom. I requested to speak with a manager, but was told there was none available. This is completely unacceptable, and I am at a loss for how to resolve this situation.
