I requested to speak with a manager, but was told there was none available. This is completely unacceptable, and I am at a loss for how to resolve this situation.

I am writing a belated review of my overnight stay at a hotel in York on November 16, 2025. The staff were excellent, and the room was satisfactory, complete with an adjoining toilet/shower, which I didn't find to be an issue. It's conveniently located within a 10-minute walk to the city center and has an on-site parking facility. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to York in Spring 2026, as it was truly good value.
