Was decent until near of contact.

Was decent until about 2 months before the end of our contract. Since reaching the end of our contract, our WiFi now goes down every 10 minutes, with sometimes lasting 5+ hours. Tried to contact support multiple times but the AI can't answer our problems and we can't get through to a human (not even an email address to contact). Would not recommend as before this service was still pretty intermittent.
