This is truly the worst broadband provider I've experienced in the UK. I consistently get slower download speeds than advertised, yet their website claims I'm receiving more than my contracted amount during technical tests. The service is plagued with issues, and reaching out to customer support is a frustrating ordeal.
This is undoubtedly the poorest broadband service I've ever experienced. I regularly receive lower download speeds than promised. Even technical tests on their website indicate I'm getting more than what my contract states. There are ongoing service issues, and dealing with customer support is incredibly frustrating.
After notifying them of my departure as my contract ended in October, I was charged £44.50 in November and again in December. When I contacted customer service, they assured me of a £89 refund by early January, but I still haven't received it. Steer clear of this provider; it's a scam.
I have contacted customer service multiple times about the same issue, yet they keep closing the case. This is the worst provider I've ever dealt with. My issue remains unresolved, and I am still owed money. After an eight-day outage, I am still pursuing my refund. AVOID!
At the end of my contract, they wouldn't offer a better deal. After giving notice, they cut off my broadband before the new provider could set it up, leaving me without service despite having paid. They insisted I pay for two years even though it wasn't my fault. I would never consider returning; the service is slow and customer support is hard to understand.
The service drops constantly. I had them come out to fix it, but it didn't help. They then increased their fees, and customer service is terrible with representatives who talk over you. After multiple calls and emails to cancel my service due to the poor experience, I switched to another provider.

The connection is terrible; I live in a small flat and can't get a signal in my bedroom, which is just six meters from the router. I've tried contacting them multiple times via email and phone, but none of my emails got a response, and the phone representatives have been incredibly rude. Do not sign up; they are awful.
