My experience with now hair time: 1. I booked my hair transplant in the summer for December, they sent me loads of information and different options based on my hair so didn’t have any problems there. 2. The day I flew out I was picked up at the airport in a very nice Mercedes mini van, which was fully kitted out in the back with comfortable seats, refreshments, TV and the driver was very friendly and carried all of my luggage for me! We drove to the hospital to take a blood test to make sure I was healthy and could undergo the procedure. 3. I got to the hotel which was a 5 star hotel, with great facilities and a beautiful breakfast banquet in the mornings. 4. The morning of the operation, I was picked up in the morning and taken to the clinic. The clinic was very modern and I was offered refreshments on arrival. An interpreter then came and took me to a consultation with a doctor who took a look at my hair, made sure I wasn’t on any medication, talked about what I was concerned about and offered some very good suggestions. 5. I was then taken into another room with the interpreter and a specialist who measured my face and drew the perfect hairline. I was impressed by the fact that they insisted on making the hairline look as natural as possible, as there are other places that will probably do something silly which won’t look good in the long run. They were honest and forthright about what they could do which I was very impressed with. So you know just by that, that you’re dealing with professionals and not a bunch of amateurs. I then had my before pictures taken, and I was then taken to the clinic where I was going to undertake the procedure. 6. I was given breakfast and then taken to the operation room, the interpreter was with me for the whole operation and spoke to me throughout to make sure I was okay and talked me through the different parts of the operation (extraction, implantation etc.), this put my mind at ease throughout the process and I even fell asleep for most of it! The operation took 6 hours (stopped for breaks and lunch in between), and even though they had only promised between 3500-4500 grafts, they actually ended up doing 4900, so they went above and beyond to ensure that I would get the best hair transplant possible, which again I was very impressed with. They might not be able to do this for everyone as it will depend on the thickness of your donor area, but if they can then they will! They also done my PCP at the end of the operation. 7. Once the operation was completed, I was taken downstairs and looked at by another specialist, who ensured that everything was fine, and then I sat down with the interpreter and went over how I have to sleep, what I can’t do, etc. 8. The following morning I was picked up again after I had breakfast at the hotel and taken back to the first clinic, they washed my scalp and took some after photos. They then sat me down again with the interpreter and a specialist and went over all of my aftercare, including a PowerPoint presentation going into all of the do’s and don’ts for the next few months. I paid for the silver package so I got 6 months of aftercare, including shampoos, oils, vitamins etc. They also gave me medication for the following few days along with a schedule of when I need to take all of the medication, which included painkillers, blood thinners, antibiotics etc. They also gave me a lovely box of Turkish delights. 9. On the 3rd day I went back and had my scalp washed again, and was given a message by the team that they will video call me on the 10th day, and then have a follow up call with me every month. In conclusion, I was very impressed with the level of care I received from these guys, they’re true professionals that respect the duty of care that they have for their customers. I truly felt like I was looked after and taken care of throughout the whole process and I’m incredibly grateful to Now Hair Time for the wonderful job they done and the level of care I received. Being from the UK myself, I’ve heard some bad stories in the media about Hair Transplants in different countries which made me hesitant at first, but I can honestly say that these guys are true professionals. Their level of care is next level (I literally had an interpreter with me for the whole day), and their level of professionalism is a different class. If I ever wanted anything else done I would only come back to this place.
