I had my hair transplant done at Now Hair Time in Istanbul, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my decision.
From the very first moment, everything was perfectly organized – transfers, hotel, clinic visits, communication. You really feel taken care of and guided through every step, which makes a huge difference for such an important procedure.
The doctors and the entire team are extremely professional, kind, and attentive. They explain everything clearly and make you feel safe and comfortable the whole time. You can tell they truly know what they’re doing.
What really amazes me is the result: it’s been only 5 months, and my hair already looks incredible. Even though they told me the final result usually takes around 12 months, I’m already beyond impressed with how natural and full it looks.
If you’re even thinking about a hair transplant, I can genuinely say this is the best clinic you could choose. I would do it again without hesitation.

It’s been 9 months since my hair transplant with Now Hair Time in Istanbul, and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far. I was picked up in luxury transport on time for every appointment, and once at the clinic, everything ran smoothly and professionally. My English interpreter was excellent, clearly translating every step of the procedure and making sure all my questions were answered, which made me feel completely at ease.Throughout the procedure and afterward, I felt well cared for, comfortable, and supported. The team also provided clear guidance on aftercare and what to do once I returned to Australia, which gave me a lot of confidence during recovery.Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the results and the level of care I received. I would highly recommend Now Hair Time to anyone considering a hair transplant, they truly deliver on professionalism, results, and patient care.
My experience with now hair time: 1. I booked my hair transplant in the summer for December, they sent me loads of information and different options based on my hair so didn’t have any problems there. 2. The day I flew out I was picked up at the airport in a very nice Mercedes mini van, which was fully kitted out in the back with comfortable seats, refreshments, TV and the driver was very friendly and carried all of my luggage for me! We drove to the hospital to take a blood test to make sure I was healthy and could undergo the procedure. 3. I got to the hotel which was a 5 star hotel, with great facilities and a beautiful breakfast banquet in the mornings. 4. The morning of the operation, I was picked up in the morning and taken to the clinic. The clinic was very modern and I was offered refreshments on arrival. An interpreter then came and took me to a consultation with a doctor who took a look at my hair, made sure I wasn’t on any medication, talked about what I was concerned about and offered some very good suggestions. 5. I was then taken into another room with the interpreter and a specialist who measured my face and drew the perfect hairline. I was impressed by the fact that they insisted on making the hairline look as natural as possible, as there are other places that will probably do something silly which won’t look good in the long run. They were honest and forthright about what they could do which I was very impressed with. So you know just by that, that you’re dealing with professionals and not a bunch of amateurs. I then had my before pictures taken, and I was then taken to the clinic where I was going to undertake the procedure. 6. I was given breakfast and then taken to the operation room, the interpreter was with me for the whole operation and spoke to me throughout to make sure I was okay and talked me through the different parts of the operation (extraction, implantation etc.), this put my mind at ease throughout the process and I even fell asleep for most of it! The operation took 6 hours (stopped for breaks and lunch in between), and even though they had only promised between 3500-4500 grafts, they actually ended up doing 4900, so they went above and beyond to ensure that I would get the best hair transplant possible, which again I was very impressed with. They might not be able to do this for everyone as it will depend on the thickness of your donor area, but if they can then they will! They also done my PCP at the end of the operation. 7. Once the operation was completed, I was taken downstairs and looked at by another specialist, who ensured that everything was fine, and then I sat down with the interpreter and went over how I have to sleep, what I can’t do, etc. 8. The following morning I was picked up again after I had breakfast at the hotel and taken back to the first clinic, they washed my scalp and took some after photos. They then sat me down again with the interpreter and a specialist and went over all of my aftercare, including a PowerPoint presentation going into all of the do’s and don’ts for the next few months. I paid for the silver package so I got 6 months of aftercare, including shampoos, oils, vitamins etc. They also gave me medication for the following few days along with a schedule of when I need to take all of the medication, which included painkillers, blood thinners, antibiotics etc. They also gave me a lovely box of Turkish delights. 9. On the 3rd day I went back and had my scalp washed again, and was given a message by the team that they will video call me on the 10th day, and then have a follow up call with me every month. In conclusion, I was very impressed with the level of care I received from these guys, they’re true professionals that respect the duty of care that they have for their customers. I truly felt like I was looked after and taken care of throughout the whole process and I’m incredibly grateful to Now Hair Time for the wonderful job they done and the level of care I received. Being from the UK myself, I’ve heard some bad stories in the media about Hair Transplants in different countries which made me hesitant at first, but I can honestly say that these guys are true professionals. Their level of care is next level (I literally had an interpreter with me for the whole day), and their level of professionalism is a different class. If I ever wanted anything else done I would only come back to this place.
Went there December 2024, 20 years old with my hair receding since I was 17. The guys made me feel very comfortable and the care was 10/10 the entire experience (The driver even dropped over new bandages at 10pm as I was leaking heavily out the back of my head). Through the following 12 months of recovery and my new head of hair they constantly kept in contact and would answer any questions I had regarding shampoos, additional treatment, etc.I would 100% recommend going here.

I got a non shaven transplant hair transplant on the 7th of November 2 weeks later it’s completely undetectable my sides are basically back to normal Just looks like a bad haircut😅 for the results of the hair transplant time will tell, overall I was so happy with the service I got nothing but the best treatment and I was put at ease straight away do they have the best surgeons in the world ?? Who knows, but the service is top notch and for that I’m grateful :)
Now hair has changed my life completely I had insecurities about my hairline since I was 18 years old and one of my friends who got a hair transplant by now hair recommended me to go .
