I had to wait 6 weeks for my claim to be paid. Then my next claim it has been 4 weeks and at every opportunity something has went wrong. Information sent by vet told they didn’t receive then they found it but it wasn’t processed. Was told my an agent and my complaint handler Neil that it would be processed asap and would receive in next week. That was two weeks ago. My emails go unanswered and Chloe my recent agent said she would update me mid week but that has not happened. Request callbacks that don’t happen. Update:told it had been passed to customer resolutions but still no contact and my two emails last week still go unanswered. Sat on phone in a queue for 42 minutes on fridayUpdate still no further forward
