I have taken monthly membership a number of times and thought I had done the same recently. I then cancelled my Entertainment membership and received email confirmation of the cancellation. However the payment was taken from my bank the following month and NowTV have since advised I signed up to a 12 month contract instead. There was no other option when I signed up so I thought I had done the same as previous occasions. Their email also advised I can sign up again anytime. They are refusing to agree their email is misleading where it advises my membership has been cancelled, they’re sorry to see me go but I can sign up again if I want, when my membership appears to not have been cancelled and I’m still expected to
pay every month for a year
