N.Peal have a great customer service and generally if there is a fault they are quick to respond, repair or replace if the sizes are wrong.To some degree the cashmere jumpers slightly fur up and lightly bobble after a time. There cashmere comb is good for removing the bobbles, but surprisingly today using a Clothes Brush flattens the pile down and make them as good as new again. I’ve also hand washed at least once some in cold water using there recommended cashmere wash.Very little dye bleeding when washed right. Hand rinsed and dried flat they also keep there shape. All in all very happy with N.Peal and there products
