I’m updating this to say NPeal were on to me and the issue has been resolved
I have purchased 4 jumpers over the years, some cost over €1,000. One of them has a hole where the wok seems to have be weaker. I contacted N Peal if this could be repaired or to send some wool and I could get somebody to repair it.
They haven’t the courtesy to reply. I won’t be dealing with them again.
