Good, consistent performance with reliable back end systems. Customer service team are quick at replying but tend to use a template response which doesn't always relate to the questions being asked. A little more flexibility with one off tasks or favors wouldn't go a miss, but appreciate this cannot always be undertaken. Overall very happy and look forward to continuing our partnership.
