I've been a fan of Dr. Martens for years and when I found out this company actually used to make their boots back in the day, I had to try it out. Once I got my boots, they felt great from the size I usually wear (9). Customer service responds within 24 hours of inquiry. When I first ordered them, there were no updates which led me to contact customer service and they sorted right away once they responded. I recommend them if you're looking for an alternative of Dr. Martens.
