I contacted Solovair because the sole of my boots (purchased in August) was starting to detach. The customer service (Viv) responded in less than 24 hours. They immediately recognized the manufacturing defect and sent me a brand new replacement pair for free. I am very impressed by their professionalism and the speed of their support. Highly recommended!
I purchased a pair of boots from their website some time ago, but unfortunately the sizing wasn’t quite right. At first, I wasn’t entirely sure about their exchange policy, however later on I reached out to their customer service team and I’m really glad I did. They were exceptional from start to finish, guiding me through the entire exchange process with professionalism.
As for the boots themselves, the quality feels excellent and, in my opinion, noticeably better than Docs. Overall, a great experience with them.

I love my Solovair footwear & it feels extra special buying them direct from the factory. I’ve purchased two pairs of astronaut boots lately & I feel a pair of Brogues coming on soon. Have confidence in they’re online measuring system, it’s very accurate. Returns accepted & returning bag supplied. The courier service is DHL Express UK & it’s very good (lots of updates & realtime map tracking). Delivery usually 2 days
Shipping (to Australia) was super fast - always has been from Solovair where I’ve bought several pairs over the years. This time, there was a slight flaw with the shoes. Solovair instantly agreed to send a replacement pair, which arrived in about 3 days, and this pair is, as usual, perfect. Great shoes and great service.
The flame rub offs I purchased from NPS Solovair were gorgeous! They're my first pair from this company. I've been a fan of Dr. Martens for years and when I found out this company actually used to make their boots back in the day, I had to try it out. Once I got my boots, they felt great from the size I usually wear (9). Customer service responds within 24 hours of inquiry. When I first ordered them, there were no updates which led me to contact customer service and they sorted right away once they responded. I recommend them if you're looking for an alternative of Dr. Martens.
