The boots are great, how I remember DM's being when I was a teenager, but even less harsh to break in. I had an issue with the heel pads (use a bit more glue gang!) but I called them up and a really friendly and helpful person called Ashley immediately agreed to send out new pads, no questions asked, or offered to repair the boots at the factory. The least stressful customer service I've ever had. I recommend Solovair unreservedly!
