I signed a solar+battery contract more than a year ago (July 2024) and it still hasn't passed inspection. Permitting took longer than expected but was probably the easiest step. Once the permit was approved (November 2024), NRG told me they didn't have what they sold me in stock. It took months for the items to be in stock. The system finally got installed in May 2024 but inspection failed because they did not follow the plan from the permit. They came to make corrections multiple times, but every time it failed (already failed 4 inspections).The project doesn't seem to move forward unless I call them to push them to schedule. I have to call several times because they rarely pick up my calls.I do not recommend them at all.
