It’s not often that we have a great experience with a service company these days. However NRG was a breath of fresh air for us. We purchased a new roof, solar panels and a battery system. They beat out all of their competitors and gave us what I researched to be the best equipment. Their process was very organized and efficient. We had a contact person throughout each stage of the project and it seemed like everyone knew exactly what they were doing. We got the roof installed within 2 weeks and had the rest of the project completed within about 60 days. Much of that time was spent waiting on the city to approve the plans and then sign off on the final inspection. Our roof looks great and the solar panels are cranking! We have yet to have a power outage so not sure how the battery runs yet but I can see it in my app and it’s fully charged! Would recommend NRG highly if you are in the market for any of the above mentioned!
