I am very disappointed with the service provided. I was promised a 2.5% remittance incentive when withdrawing my funds. A small test transaction went through, but when I attempted a larger withdrawal, the remittance failed to arrive. When I reached out to the support team, they acknowledged issues with their banking partner. This is completely unacceptable, especially with real money at stake. Additionally, their card service is unreliable; it often fails to work, and refunds for card purchases do not return to my account, even after almost two weeks. Each time, I have to open a support ticket and go through a long process of sharing details just to get the funds manually credited. I honestly did not expect such incompetence from a new financial service. The experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and stressful, seriously damaging my trust in their platform.
