Each time, I have to submit a support ticket and endure a lengthy, frustrating process, repeatedly providing information, just to have them manually credit the funds. The experience has been exasperating, time-consuming, and stressful, severely undermining my trust in their platform.

I transferred $9.11 from my account to the platform on December 12. Now, on December 19, they keep sending me emails and messages. I am now convinced that this service is a scam. Please be cautious before using this app. (I will continue to update.)
