I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided. I was promised a 2.5% remittance incentive when withdrawing my funds. A small test transaction went smoothly, but when I attempted to withdraw a larger amount, the incentive never materialized. Upon reaching out to their support team, they acknowledged issues with their banking partner. This is entirely unacceptable, particularly when real money is at stake. Additionally, the card service is inconsistent. The card often fails to function, and when I receive a refund for a purchase, the money does not return to my account, even after almost two weeks. Each time, I have to submit a support ticket and endure a lengthy, frustrating process, repeatedly providing information, just to have them manually credit the funds. I genuinely did not anticipate such a lack of professionalism from a new financial service provider. The experience has been exasperating, time-consuming, and stressful, severely undermining my trust in their platform.
