I asked for a refund and contacted their support but they kept sending the same copy paste message over and over without answering anything I said. I asked multiple times when I would receive my refund or at least some proof that it was sent but they ignored the question every time. Instead they kept asking for very sensitive personal information like a photo of my credit card, ID and proof of address even though I was already emailing from the same email used for the purchase. After several emails there is still no refund and no real response. Very unprofessional support and the whole situation feels suspicious.
I don't like here 2 things,that skins that should be instant delivered are fast all the time coming late but I'm not gonna talk about it here,yesterday they created a new thing where I need to upload my documents for buying A CS GO SKINS.I don't think that's a good idea to do.As I tried uploading them they said that my verification was not successful and that I need to text support,AS I TEXTED SUPPORT THEY DIDNT CATE AT ALL AND WERE JUST READING MY MESSAGES AND NOT ANSWERING THEM,THEN THEY BLOCKED ME.Guys if u want to buy cs skins buy it from somewhere else
