I asked for a refund and contacted their support but they kept sending the same copy paste message over and over without answering anything I said. I asked multiple times when I would receive my refund or at least some proof that it was sent but they ignored the question every time. Instead they kept asking for very sensitive personal information like a photo of my credit card, ID and proof of address even though I was already emailing from the same email used for the purchase. After several emails there is still no refund and no real response. Very unprofessional support and the whole situation feels suspicious.
