Terrible customer service Didn’t arrive on the first appointment Rescheduled with a note (their booking team wrote the note and made the promise) saying only available from XX time. Arrived one hour before this time, smoking at my door. When I said he is one hour early the “engineer” said what time was the appointment. Got here and said it needs a replacement part - we asked how long that would take and he replied “meh, any amount of time really, I have to log it, they have to order it, you know it can be weeks or months depending on how long this takes” Then he leftNo end in sight and awful service
