In November 2022 my MVHR system started to make a loud noise; I called out an engineer from a local company who said I needed 2 x new fans. The fans were purchased from Nuaire and the cost with the callout and fitting came to around £1500. The fans started making a noise again at the end of Feb 2024 and the engineer said I needed two new fans again as well as a circuit board. So after just 15 months the fans have failed; Nuaire were contacted in case there was a manufacturing problem but they wouldn’t do anything as it was outside the 1 year warranty period.Yes this is their right in accordance with their T&C’s but if their equipment only lasts 15 months I would strongly advise staying away from them.
