It epitomizes hypocrisy to affix an "environmentally friendly" label only to discard the unit within a mere six years. These companies flaunt their green credentials akin to peacocks, yet it's nothing more than a deceptive charade.Contrastingly, my aged boiler, a stalwart from the 1970s, dutifully served until 2010, with available parts attesting to its enduring functionality. When soliciting their assistance to evaluate the situation, their audacious suggestion was a company demanding an exorbitant £400 merely for the privilege of inspecting the unit. And this could not be scheduled for 3 weeks as they were busy. This egregious pricing amounts to daylight robbery. Trustpilot should consider revising their rating system to accommodate a resounding zero for companies displaying absolute ineptitude – precisely what this deceptive entity merits.
