We have Nuaire MVHR MRXBOX ECO-2 unit. We had a fan failure within a year. I don't consider Nuaire products to be durable with issues coming up in such a short duration. Furthermore, labour warranty is only 1 year. If the company knows its products are not durable, they should offer labour warranty for 5 years as well.
