Purchased a Nuaire Flatmaster 2000 L/R for use in basement that was a little ‘musky’ due to poor ventilation. I installed the unit 9 months ago and it was quite straight forward to fit and install. The unit has been working well and I am very pleased with its performance and the resulting filtered fresh air ventilation. My dealings with Nuaire after sales in regards advice and spare filters etc have been positive. The only issue i have had thus far with the unit was a build up of condensation on the inlet pipe, but this has since been overcome by repositioning the air unit to reduce the length of the inlet pipe work within the basement, my fault initially for not reading the installation instruction section that advises to keep the inlet pipe as short as possible. Good value for money product. Would certainly recommend it if you have a basement that is in need of some fresh air.
