I’ve moved to a new property and I didn’t have any furniture in the house. Due to an infestation at my previous flat I couldn’t take any furniture to the new property.I found myself in a critical situation and I decided to go to Nucleus Legal Advice Centre to seek advice.I explained my situation to a volunteer. They then contacted me and allocated a caseworker for my case. Her name is Angeli.Angeli kept in touch often providing me with updates and she did her best to help me. She applied for different organizations that offer support in getting new furniture. She didn’t give up until she was sure she found the appropriate support for me.I’d like to thank Nucleus Legal Advice Centre Team and especially to Angeli for being so supportive and compassionate towards me.
