I’ve moved to a new property and I didn’t have any furniture in the house. Due to an infestation at my previous flat I couldn’t take any furniture to the new property.I found myself in a critical situation and I decided to go to Nucleus Legal Advice Centre to seek advice.I explained my situation to a volunteer. They then contacted me and allocated a caseworker for my case. Her name is Angeli.Angeli kept in touch often providing me with updates and she did her best to help me. She applied for different organizations that offer support in getting new furniture. She didn’t give up until she was sure she found the appropriate support for me.I’d like to thank Nucleus Legal Advice Centre Team and especially to Angeli for being so supportive and compassionate towards me.
I have already sent my message with regard to Fatima Mohamed.It is easy to repeat it.. Fatima is a most caring and experience person to deal with my problem.. with no problem she managed to obtain everything that I needed in order to get Pension Credit, and a Council tax deduction. LIKE ALL LAW CENTERS THEY PRETEND THEY GIVE HELP AND LIST A LONG LIST BUT THE TRUTH IS THEY DO NOT DO ANY OF IT. IN 20 YRS NEVER HAVE HAD LEGAL HELP FROM THEIR SO CALLED LAWYER WHO THEY WILL SAY, " WE CAN NOT PROMISE HE WILL TAKE THE CASE ON. " THE ADVISORS ARE NOT LEGALLY TRAINED AND THEY DID NOT HELP WITH WELFARE BENEFIT OR ANY MATTER BEC AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY AS THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED OR TRAINED VOLUNTEERS. THE LAWYER MAY WELL HELP PEOPLE THERE BUT IT IS CERTAINLY ON A DISCRIMINATORY BASIS. IT SEEMS THEY HELP MOSTLY E. EUROPEANS AND NON BRITISH CITIZENS.
Promised but did not provide. Substandard service if you receive service at all. The misinterpret facts and pass you to the wrong teams. Allege to arrange appointments, bombard you text reminders for a specific slot that they have not in fact booked. You get a lot of buck passing when you follow-up with their supervisors and office managers. Untrained volunteers, even at the basic level. Run by fools for fools.
