I placed an order on Black Friday, expecting a smooth process. However, just 8 days later, I was notified that the item was out of stock, which was quite disappointing. Due to this delay, I had to spend more money on a similar item on December 3rd, as the Black Friday deals had ended. This situation could have been prevented with better inventory management or timely communication. I am still awaiting my order, and now there's an added issue: I will soon be going on vacation, making it impossible for me to collect it. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience marked by poor communication, delays, and unexpected costs that I shouldn't have incurred.
