The information on the website indicated that my order qualified for free delivery, but when the order arrived, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional £98, which is unacceptable. This is quite misleading, especially since the order wouldn’t be delivered unless I settled the courier's fee. If the website promotes 'free delivery,' the payment for the courier should not fall on the customer.
