Placed an order for 350 euros with several hoodies and tees. One hoodie was too small since the website didn't provide height information for all models. I switched to a larger size, but when it arrived, the design was completely different. I tried to request a refund, but the website wouldn't allow it, stating that refunds aren't possible if a size change has been made. This policy wasn't communicated anywhere. I've sent multiple emails but received no response. Everything seems fine until a problem arises, and then it feels like you just lose your money. I highly recommend checking the number of negative reviews and reconsidering your order.
