I am quite disappointed that changing the product size is not an option and that customer support is based on AI instead of real human help. I purchased a T-shirt for my boyfriend, but he preferred a different design, so I exchanged it. Unfortunately, I mistakenly chose the wrong size during that process. I reached out to the support team to see if they could assist me in changing the size, but all I received were automated responses from an AI. Although the bot mentioned a human representative would get in touch, that never occurred. Consequently, I had to place a new order and incur an extra €8 in shipping fees.
