Signed up on the site to get my medical card, and it said that they had "Same day physician access", and that "Our medical cannabis doctors are available online from 8:00am-10:00pm (PST & EST) 7 days a week!".After signing up I try to do the consultation numerous times and it just told me, "Your doctor is currently offline. Please try again later". So I contacted support and it took them about an hour to get back to me when their support says 3 minutes. I was told that the New Mexico doctor is out on an emergency and to try back tomorrow. So I try back the next day and get the same doctor offline. I try to reach out to support yet again and get told their doctor isn't available on these days and to try back Monday. I talked to support again and get told that not all states have same day access and doctors available 7 days a week.So make sure you check with them prior to signing up if you're expecting same-day appointment. Once I got the appointment though it was a quick and easy process to get the rest of the process done.
The account was easy enough to set up but Nugg could do a little better at explaining how the overall process works. That said, my interview was professional & accurate and the certification is definitely authentic and was delivered quickly. Highly recommend.
Honestly cant remember if ive wrote one for them already but HANDS DOWN THE BEST place to be approved for your card. The doctor i talked with was very nice, straight to the point, no judgements, and within a MINUTE of hanging up- I was approved, next day I had my virtual pdf file with my medical card!!!! Its beautiful. Right as soon as I was approved, I threw out all of my prescription pills, because im honestly over the way they made me feel, those only made things worse in my opinion. I have a narrowing spine at 30 and disc degeneration, along with childhood and adulthood trauma. PTSD in other words. So much better than going in person too!!
I loved the easy access, the steps were simple to follow, and they put me in contact with a doctor the same day. Only downside is said doctor is slow in getting me the actual prescription (10 days and counting since being approved...). While I appreciate the same-day visit, it seems a very simple thing for the doctor to write it up the same day as well.
