I received an email saying that I have a free renewal this year so I responded but they charged me. I started a chat with Vincent and he declared my email was "a mistake". No explanation and after last years debacle about the Doctor not sending my renewal and that took 5 emails to finally get. I sent proof but that wasn't good enough.
