The smart lock failed just after the warranty period. It never functioned well, but I continued using it due to its cost and having the bridge. Eventually, it stopped working completely. I faced numerous issues during its use, and the customer support was unhelpful. When it broke, they only suggested buying a new one, claiming the newer models work better. I reluctantly purchased another, but encountered connection problems with the bridge. Support informed me that the bridge is now outdated and that I would have to pay extra for remote access. This was not disclosed before my new purchase. Overall, the product has many flaws, and the customer service seems more focused on upselling than assisting customers. I strongly advise against trying this product.
